Credits & Usage Limits
The service may operate on a credit-based system. Credits have no cash value and may not be transferred. Usage limits and pricing may change over time.
Payments & Billing
Paid features are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Availability & Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of keyword data or results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms.
